Flavio Pogliani

Who is he:

Flavio Pogliani born in Milan on ott. 1957, married with 2 children, Electronic Engeneere degree completed his sutdies with a Master in Economy and Company management at SDA_Bocconi.

From 1984 he's working in Information Tecnology and after some shaping in small/medium companies, Invernizzi, Tekno Progetti, he developed his carrer in multinational compagnie Agfa-Bayer and Henkel.

Inside Henkel group he play as responsabile for IT procedures in Administration, Finance and Purchasing working also as project leader in many merger/off-shoring projects and re-engeneering of companies' processes both in Italy and in European consociates (Grecia, UK, Germania) based on Dusseldorf (DE) Head Quarter

Starting from 2009 he offer to middle/large companies his experience in IT service reorganization, offering solution in Administrative & Finance/supply chain (Commission, Customer Credit, traveler expencies, purchasing/consignment, ...) and project leading in merger/breacking down/off-shoring activities
